Cardio Heat:
Cardio-heat contains several
thermogenic compounds that rev
up the metabolic rate to aid in burning fat
while other ingredients enhance the absorption of all active
ingredients and provide anti-oxidant aid and support. Cardio
Heat is a very powerful combination of ingredients to burn fat and turn up the heat.

Green Tea:
For more than a thousand years green tea has been used recreationally
as well as medicinally as being beneficial to vital organs of the body,
prevention of fatigue and improving brain function. Aside
from previously mentioned, green tea can improve cardiovascular health
by acting as an anticoagulant, preventing LDL (bad cholesterol)
oxidation, which would reduce arterial plaque build-up. Green
tea seems to yield thermogenic properties that can metabolize fat even
beyond its caffeine content either through thermogenic sympathetic
activation, fat oxidation, or both. Green tea catechins can
be very useful in the prevention as well as treatment for obesity.
Grape Seed Extract:
Grape Seed Extract (GSE) is known to contain highly bioactive
flavonoids that are powerful antioxidants. GSE helps to
protect the body from free radicals that destroy cellular membranes and
DNA that lead to chronic and degenerative diseases and also helps to
minimize suppression of the immune system from free radicals and
exercise activity. GSE from purified red wine possesses very
potent properties that exhibit a wide array of anti-inflammatory,
anti-allergic, antibacterial, and antiviral actions. Another
advantage to GSE is that it contains procyanidin B dimers that exhibit
very strong inhibition and suppression of aromatase activity and
expression. Some fat accumulation is caused by aromatase
activity in fat cells. To continue dieting and exercising,
good health must be maintained and GSE aids in that endeavor.
Caffeine:
Caffeine is a CNS stimulant that can readily cross the blood-brain
barrier and acts as an antagonist of adenosine receptors to increase
the activity of dopamine. Caffeine can also, possibly,
increase epinephrine levels and acute usage can elevate seratonin
levels thereby improving the person’s mood. Even though
caffeine can act as a nootropic substance, it also acts as a lipolytic
substance by triggering the release of fat from adipose tissue by
increasing cyclic adenosine monophospate (c-AMP) activity.
More specifically, it is one of three primary metabolites of caffeine
in the form of paraxantine that is responsible for a lipolytic increase
by releasing fatty acids and glycerol into the bloodstream to be used
as a fuel source by the muscles of the body. Caffeine also
acts as a diuretic in addition to fat release for metabolism.
Piperine:
Piperine is an extract from Piper longum and Piper nigrum (also known
as black pepper). Piperine assists the body’s thermogenesis
by increasing the production of epinephrine in the adrenal
glands. Piperine also increases seratonin and beta-endorphin
production in the brain as well. One very special property of
piperine is that it can greatly increase the bioavailability of many
substances, nutrients, and drugs as well by increasing their absorption
in the small intestine. This ensures that the active
ingredients in Cardio Heat are fully absorbed and made fully
bioavailable.
Theophylline:
Theophylline (dimethylxanthine) is structurally and pharmacologically
similar to caffeine. It is naturally found in tea and acts as
a central nervous system stimulant. It had primarily been
used in the past to relieve asthma symptoms and treat chronic bronchial
and pulmonary conditions in children. Theophylline is more
potent than caffeine; a double dosage of caffeine is required compared
to theophylline. In combination with other ingredients Cardio
Heat will also behave as a beta-adrenergic and encourage an increase of
epinephrine production.
Cayenne Pepper:
Cayenne pepper comes from plants (Capsicum frutescens and Capsicum
annuum) native to South America and contains capsicum
oleoresin. Herbalists for centuries have used cayenne pepper
to treat numerous conditions but it was only until recent years it has
been used to treat arthritis and even fibromyalgia. In
relation to dieting, cayenne has the ability to increase the metabolism
of fats and carbohydrates by increasing the production of both
epinephrine and norepinephrine. Another benefit of the
capsaicin from cayenne pepper is that it can also reduce oxidative
stress that athletes may experience.
L-Taurine:
Taurine is considered to be a “semi” essential amino acid by
some. It generally is not made by newborns but is generally
made in adults. Taurine’s dietary source is from animal
products and vegetarians as well as vegans should seriously consider
supplementing with L-Taurine. L-Taurine is one of the most
abundant amino acids in skeletal muscle and comprises more than 50% of
the free amino acid pool of the heart. It is absolutely
essential for cardiovascular health and very beneficial for blood sugar
regulation. Taurine is frequently low in diabetics and it has
been found to lower LDL cholesterol levels, improve insulin
sensitivity, and improve metabolism. In bodybuilding taurine
is a great aid in nitric oxide production, it reduces oxidative stress
to the skeletal muscle, and it aids in hydration of the muscle cells by
transporting water into the cells and volumizes the muscle.
